Car came into my hands in February of 2011, it is in very good shape and has never had any welding (it's still like new underneath!) The car is fully roadworthy and runs like a dream with the original engine.
The interior has recently been re-trimmed in black basketweave vinyl and looks great.

...and an update following some major work:
Still have ownership of number 213, but it is now quite different to how it was last time I sent pics ! Undergone a total body-off restoration and now has a powdercoated floorpan & running gear, IRS rear end, 2" narrowed beam, performance driven 1600 engine and is on 17" Twist alloys. It is now White and no longer the original Diamond Silver colour. It was Cover car on Ultra VW earlier this year and was inside at the Volksworld Show earlier this month.
